Directions and parking info:
From Tollway (easiest way to get here)
- go South towards downtown.
- Go past the Last toll booth at Wycliff exit
- do not exit, get in left lane and as Tollway ends the first light you come to is Wolf Street. Turn Left
- Go to next light (1 block ) McKinnon
- Street. Turn Left
- Get over immediately to right lane and turn right on first street on your right -Ivan Street
- it is the big Pink High Rise on your left
From Central Expwy. (75)
- Take 75 South to
- Lemmon Ave.
- Go right about 1 to 2 miles to
- Oaklawn Ave.
- Turn Left
- to Maple Ave. Turn Left
- Go to 3rd Light Wolf Street Turn Right,
- (If there is still construction and you cannot turn right then, go to next street Randall and turn right.)
- The first street you come to is Bookhout Turn right
- Follow about 2 blocks and it dead ends into my street IVAN
- you will see the Pink Highrise.
From Stemmons 35
- Go toward Downtown and exit Oaklawn Avenue
- Go East (Left if you are heading South and Right if you are heading North)
- Go to Maple Street about 1/2 mile
- and Turn right
- Go to 3rd Light Wolf Street Turn Right,
- (If there is still construction and you cannot turn right then, go to next street- Randall and turn right.)
- The first street you come to is Bookhout Turn right
- Follow about 2 blocks and it dead ends into my street IVAN
- you will see the Pink Highrise.
Parking
- you can park anywhere on Ivan Street or Bookhout
- there is a covered guest parking garage in the back, but sometimes full on Saturday
- please do not park in the horseshoe parking in front as they will tow after an hour
- if you need to pull up in horseshoe to drop off food, that is fine, then you can go park afterwards.
