Sample meals for a week-long retreat:

Saturday

  • Lunch: Summer Rolls with Sweet n Sour sauce or Almond Chili sauce and Emerald Kale Marinated Salad or Coconut Tom Khai Soup
  • Dinner: Sprouted Lentil Loaf with Creamy Garlic Gravy and Raw Caesar Salad or Tropical Strawberry Fruit Soup
  • Dessert: Paradise Mango Pie

Sunday

  • Lunch: Japanese Nori Sandwiches stuffed with Raw Veggie Sun 'Cream Cheese' with Peanut Coconut Sauce, mixed green salad with House Garlic Ginger Dressing
  • Dinner: Stuffed Mushrooms with Sunny Tomato Pate or Basil Pesto Pate and Spicy Cilantro Soup or Zucchini Zest Salad
  • Dessert: Peach Pie with Cinnamon and Vanilla Cream

Monday

  • Lunch: Raw Nachos with Awesome Guacamole, Sweet Mexican Pico de gallo, and un-fried Beans and Field Green Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Dinner Mexican Enchiladas with Avocado and Salsa with Kale Avocado Salad and Flax Oil Dressing Dessert: Coconut Flan with Lemon Frosting

Tuesday

  • Lunch: Green salad with Ginger Garlic Dressing with Veggie 'Cream Cheese' and Raw Veggie Flax crackers
  • Dinner: Living Pizza choice of Italian, Mexican, Asian, or Tropical with Sweet Cantaloupe Soup or Italian Salad
  • Dessert: Strawberry Romanoff wit Sweet Raw Whip Cream and Chocolate Mint

Wednesday

  • Lunch: Tantalizing Mock Tuna Salad with Veggie Sticks, Cabbage Leafs, or Crackers and Happy Greens and Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Dinner: Italian - Zucchini Pasta with Fresh Marinara Sauce or Alfredo Sauce served with Italian 'Meat' Balls, and Caesar Salad
  • Dessert: Tropical Torte with Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Crust

Thursday

  • Lunch: Thai Papaya Salad with Sweet Lime Mango Chili Dressing and Thai Soup Dinner: Pad Thai with Almond Chili Sauce and Mango Cream Soup
  • Dessert: Coconut Pineapple Cream Cake with Edible Orchids

Friday

  • Lunch: Rainbow Salad with Tahini Rose Dressing and Sweetest Gaspacho Soup
